Brian and Shay had totally one of the coolest receptions...including a candy table, photo booth, ice cream table...cupcakes....etc. it was SO fun!!! It didn't even really feel like I was working. :-)
Clark and Savannah had probably the most convenient wedding/reception ever. They got married at the Timpanogas Temple, and then went right across the street to the Ampitheatre for their reception. Easy peasy! :-) Not to mention, I think we took more pictures at this wedding than we have at almost any wedding. Here are just a few.
We had the extreme pleasure of doing the family shoot for one of our previous clients....Dustin and Julia...and the rest of Julia's extended family. We did this in Julia's parent's backyard, which was large and gorgeous. And from there, we did a few extra shots at a train yard in Salt Lake. We had so much fun...and I ruined a pair of white pants. LOL...don't sit down on railroad tracks in white pants.
I just love taking pictures of family. This was a totally spur of the moment photoshoot. Every once in a while, I just HAVE to get out of the every day grind of doing pictures...and throw things around to keep my creativity alive. Thanks Nat for putting up with my hair-brained random shoot. :-) By the way...I love the shirt!
This is our favorite family....with the cutest girls ever! Only this time, they included some extended family. We did the shoot at the Ampitheatre in American Fork. Let me just say that they have some GREAT genes in their family.
This was done at Rose Sachs Gardens up Parleys. The incline was so steep, I actually got car sick just going up the long driveway to the location. But she was gorgeous....and let us do some unconventional lighting. :-) But I think it turned out quite well. I will have to post more shortly.
I always love doing shoots for family. I take a special pride in making sure that they are the best.....and I love how these turned out of my cousin Dusty! He has definitely found someone that is compatible with him. And frankly...they were just a little twitterpated....not that that's a bad thing or anything. :-)
Daniela had probably the most expensive dress we have shot so far. And I felt so bad because at the beginning of 0ur photoshoot at Red Butte Gardens, it started to rain. We were very lucky that it didn't last very long.
Jacob is actually in our ward, and his delightfully wonderful mother graciously suggested us for pictures. We are truly flattered that they were willing to choose use to do this. :-)
We did this shoot at the golf course on the other side of Utah Lake.
My husband and I are in love with photography. We do it mostly as a hobby. We both have our full time geeky jobs that involve computers and geeky stuff. But when we do a photo shoot, we turn on our creativity, and it allows us to have a break from all of the modern day cutting technology, and just get pictures of just people. Pictures of anyone!
